Meet Mark – Creative Manager

An old school head in a new school world.

As a child of the 70’s I remember the time before the magic of the internet. Growing up alongside the web (I know no-one calls it that anymore!) puts me in a prime position of witnessing how trends came and went and what remains as best practice.

About Me

Originally a print designer, my journey into designing and building websites came as working in a Government IT department. Building an intranet for the organisation I worked for I was able to streamline processes and open communications across teams, something that is still part of the core of my role as a designer and builder of customer websites.

I joined Logic Digital mid 2018 and with my pragmatic IT head on redefined how and where our websites would live, immediately reducing costs and moving everyone to a stable and compliant setup with a dedicated UK environment and a top-class support team.

At Logic Digital, I look after:

  • Website hosting management
  • Overseeing and managing website maintenance and updates
  • Bug fixing and testing plans
  • Managing our team of developers
  • Designing and building websites including UX design
  • All aspects of design and branding
  • Producing assets and artwork for websites, social media, ads, presentations and all types of online and offline campaigns

What I bring to Logic Digital

  • (Too) Many years in digital marketing and the www.
  • Expertise in design and branding (Offline and Online)
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Passion for typography and layouts
  • A pretty large collection of vinyl

Outside of work

Cannot pass a record shop without diving in – I’m addicted to buying records much to the dismay of my family. I have a pretty sizable collection of mainly Jungle, Techno and Deep House vinyl starting from the early 90’s.

You’ll still find me raving and occasionally DJing around Nottingham and have a monthly radio show on Swingdash Radio.
